You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. 888cuci reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888cuci login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. Any activity carried out on your account — whether by you or by any other party using your credentials — shall be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you shall bear full responsibility for all such activity.
888cuci is required under its licensing conditions to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures on all accounts. You agree to provide any documentation requested by 888cuci for this purpose, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the restriction of withdrawals and may result in account suspension.
888cuci accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other FPX-enabled Malaysian banks as listed on the Platform from time to time.
All deposit transactions on 888cuci are processed in real time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Player's account dashboard at the time of the transaction. 888cuci does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which 888cuci accepts no responsibility.
888cuci reserves the right to delay or decline any deposit transaction if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. All deposits must be made from funds that you legally own and that do not represent the proceeds of illegal activity.

888cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a discrepancy between the game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 888cuci's servers, the result recorded on 888cuci's servers shall be deemed definitive and binding. Technical malfunction of a Player's device, internet connection, or software does not constitute grounds for the cancellation or re-evaluation of a completed bet or game round.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888cuci, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming winnings due to technical failure, or loss of goodwill.
888cuci does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, and third-party infrastructure failures may affect Platform availability. 888cuci will not be liable for any losses arising directly or indirectly from Platform unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 888cuci's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
888cuci reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, 888cuci will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address on file or via a notice posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the 888cuci Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance prior to the effective date of the change.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of 888cuci's licensing authority. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to 888cuci's customer support team for resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal resolution process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to the dispute resolution process established by 888cuci's licensing authority. 888cuci's decision on matters of game outcomes, account activity, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding, subject only to any right of appeal provided under the applicable licensing framework.
